We had an amazing experience with the Yeatman Group. They helped us sell our old home and build a new one. Right out of the gate Kyle and his team were the best. We interviewed several agents and the others walked around our house giving us reasons why it would NOT sell while Kyle and Ami walked through pointing out all of the positive selling points. Their confidence was very reassuring. They were always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. I was especially pleased with their advice when we were unsure and their professionalism. They took charge of any problems that came up. We were not on our own for ANYTHING because we knew they were in control of the situation. Months after our closing we had an issue with taxes and Ami helped work it out – she told me that I’d always be her client. Though I’m glad to be done with the whole thing and settled in our new home I miss having a reason to talk to Ami and Kyle!
