Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Joy brings a strong work ethic and determination to everything she does. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business from Virginia Wesleyan University while working full-time, a balancing act that shaped her drive and commitment.
Before stepping into real estate, Joy worked at Meadowbrook Country Club and Davenport & Company, eventually returning to Meadowbrook as the office administrator (and where she hopes to finally improve her golf game!). A fitness enthusiast and lover of the outdoors—at least during the warm months—Joy thrives on staying active and soaking up the sun.
As the fifth of six siblings, all with "J" names, Joy grew up with high standards to follow, which continues to motivate her both personally and professionally. She’s excited to bring her energy, dedication, and passion for helping others into the real estate world.
