DeborahAnn may not have been born in Hampton Roads, but she knew right away it was where she belonged. After discovering Virginia’s natural beauty during her time at Virginia Tech, she was drawn to the vibrant coastal lifestyle of Norfolk and Virginia Beach, where she’s lived for more than 25 years. She raised her family in Virginia Beach and now enjoys spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren soaking up the sun along the shoreline.
Her deep knowledge of local neighborhoods—combined with years of experience in insurance, training, and business ownership—gives her clients a serious advantage. She holds a Master’s in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle, is a licensed commercial pilot, and owns an aviation safety training company. She’s also a certified yoga instructor and lifelong sports fan, especially when it comes to baseball and hockey.
