Originally from Danville, VA, Zach Preston comes from a family deeply rooted in military service, public roles, and factory work. Now settled in historic downtown Farmville, Zach pursued his education at Hampden Sydney College (Economics and Business Major) and earned an MBA from Purdue Global University. With a background spanning seven years in Healthcare Administration, a current role in Not-for-profit Financial Administration, and two years in real estate, Zach brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Beyond his professional life, Zach is deeply involved in Farmville’s community. As a board member for the Lions Club, a member of the Industrial Development Authority, and participation in the Board of Zoning Appeals, he actively contributes to community growth.Zach’s 14 years of voluntary service as a firefighter underscore his commitment to community well-being. His 14 years in customer service roles equip him with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life—a crucial skill in real estate. Outside work, Zach finds solace in outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, hiking, and home renovations. Married with two dogs, his active involvement in the community keeps him attuned to Farmville’s pulse.
