HOMES

Homes in Rutland depart from the transitional colonial styles popular in the 1990’s – 2000’s and have more of a craftsman motif. Most of the single family homes sit on 1/4 acre lots, and the majority of these homes were built by the developer, HHHunt, or Ryan Homes. Homes range from town homes to 3-5 bedroom homes.
