The Yeatman Group, Richmond’s fastest growing real estate team, is looking for new team members!

Are you a team player with high-energy and 100% focused on making customers’ lives richer while building relationships and having fun? Do you have great problem-solving and negotiation skills and plus excellent attention to detail?

You’ll be an Online Sales Consultant working to set quality appointments for our sales agents.Fielding incoming inquiries from all of our digital platforms and calling prospective customers quickly will be the key to success.You’ll also be following up with customers through the CRM and making hundreds of calls per week to match up customers with sales team members with appointments.

Deep local knowledge of Midlothian, Chester, Chesterfield, the West End and surrounding areas a plus.

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively create an initial rapport with customers, provide an overview of the purchasing process
• Calling new prospective customers and helping them with their home search
• Logging call notes in the CRM
• Set appointments to introduce customers to our sales team members
• Follow up with existing customers making upwards of 100+ calls per day
• Deliver superior customer service before, during and after the sale
• Have lots of fun with a tight knit supportive team!

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 year of commissioned sales experience
• Virginia Real Estate License
• Proven sales results — self-motivated, and goal oriented
• Very good oral and written communication skills
• Current Driver’s License
• Four-year degree preferred
• Maintain 5-day work week, including 3 weekends a month to accommodate our buyers (taking 2 alternate consecutive days off) – evening and weekend hours are often necessary to reap the financial rewards of this type of opportunity.
